What does the Office of Fair Trading expect from you

Once you complete your CPD session, you will receive a Statement of Completion from Elite Edge. Here is what the OFT expects you to do with it:

Keep it Safe for Audits: You must retain your CPD certificate for a minimum of five years. The OFT may request to see it during a compliance check or licence audit.

Declare it at Renewal: When renewing your real estate licence or certificate, you will be asked to declare that you have completed the required CPD.

You do not need to upload the certificate, but you must have it ready if asked.

Stay within your CPD Year: Your CPD year begins on the anniversary of your licence issue date. Any CPD completed before that date does not count.

Make sure your CPD falls within your current licence year.

Stay Compliant. Stay Ahead: Elite Edge CPD training is designed to keep you on track with your compliance, build your industry skills, and support your ongoing growth.
