Upgrading to a Full Licence in real estate in Queensland opens more career opportunities, allowing you to operate independently and take on senior roles, such as managing your own agency. It expands your scope of work to include managing trust accounts, handling property sales, and advising clients on transactions.


You need to complete 7 units from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) packages.   Completion of the Registration Course from the CPP41419 Training Package is required before you can enrol in the upgrade course.

Student Requirements

To successfully complete the course, students will need:

  • As part of the enrolment process, you will be required to complete a Language, Literary, Numeracy and digital quiz to determine your readiness for the course. 
  • A computer to engage with online learning resources and complete assessments.
  • Internet access for research, submitting assignments, and staying in touch with Elite Edge Real Estate Training.
  • A Unique Student Identifier (USI), which can be obtained at www.usi.gov.au

The upgrade to Full Agent’s Licence consists of 7 additional units from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) packages, listed below.

  • CPPREP4125 – Transact in trust accounts (Gain the skills needed to manage financial transactions through trust accounts.)
  • CPPREP5006 – Manage operational finances in the property industry (Develop skills to oversee financial management in the real estate industry.)
  • CPPREP4122 – Manage tenant relationships (Learn how to maintain positive tenant relationships for smooth tenancy operations.)
  • CPPREP4124 – End tenancy (Master the processes for ending tenancies in compliance with legal requirements.)
