Upon successful completion of all 19 units, you will graduate with a Statement of Attainment, allowing you to apply for a real estate agent licence with the Queensland Government Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and receive a nationally recognised qualification, CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

To successfully complete the course, students will need:

  • As part of the enrolment process, you will be required to complete a foundational skills quiz to determine your readiness for the course. 
  • A computer to engage with online learning resources and complete assessments.
  • Internet access for research, submitting assignments, and staying in touch with Elite Edge training academy. 
  • A Unique Student Identifier (USI), which can be obtained at www.usi.gov.au
