- Financial Disclosure Requirements: Agents and landlords must now disclose any financial benefits received from rent payment methods.
- Requests for Fixtures or Modifications: New procedures clarify how tenants can request to install fixtures or make structural changes.
- Stronger Privacy Protections: Updated rules on how personal information must be collected, stored, and destroyed.
